Rosemary qualified as a dentist in 1985 from Kings College, London and practiced for 7 years in the UK, before leaving for Australia. By 1997, Rosemary had completed her orthodontic post graduate qualification and then worked in private practice until returning to the UK in 1999. Rosemary worked in Kidlington, Oxon, then established her practice at the Peachcroft Shopping Centre in 2007

Dr. Mudita Srivastava qualified in Dental Surgery in 2008. While practicing as a Dentist, Mudita also taught as Associate Professor and Post Graduate guide for MDS Orthodontic Students in India. 4 years ago Mudita moved to the UK with her family and completed her post graduate certification in Implantology and the London College of Implantology. Mudita has extensive experience in both Adult and Child orthodontic procedures including Invisalign, Fixed and Removeable appliances. Mudita joined the Peachcroft team in 2023 while awaiting her GDC Specialist status.
Peachcroft Orthodontics was established in 2007, with Rosemary Garton the clinical lead. Rosemary is a specialist registered orthodontist with over 20 years experience in all aspects of orthodontic intervention.

Teeth straightening works by using either braces or aligners to carefully and gradually move your teeth into a new, straighter position. This offers numerous benefits, both functional and aesthetic, including:
Traditional braces have metal brackets that are attached to the front of your teeth and connected by metal wire. It’s the most common treatment – and a popular one too.
These braces use tooth-coloured or clear ceramic brackets, so they’re less visible and more aesthetically pleasing. They work like metal braces and are suitable for most cases.
The latest in clear aligner technology, Invisalign® is virtually invisible. They can be removed to eat, drink and brush your teeth too.
Similar to traditional braces, but they’re fitted to the back of your teeth so they can’t be seen. They’re still a type of fixed metal brace, made of brackets and wires.
Your orthodontist will start with an initial consultation – x-rays, photos and impressions or scans of your teeth will be taken (at your consultation or another visit). You’ll then receive a tailored treatment plan explaining your options and costs.
You'll usually need to visit your dentist approximately every six to eight weeks for adjustments to be made. The duration of treatment depends on the complexity of the case and type of treatment you choose to straighten your teeth.
Your orthodontist will explain thoroughly how best to care for your aligners or braces. This includes how to maintain good dental health by regularly brushing your teeth (and appliances if you have braces) and avoiding certain food and drinks.
