Don't just take our word for it...

What types of dental implants do we offer?

Single dental implants

Single dental implants are a great option if you only need one tooth replacing. It won’t affect your neighbouring teeth: allowing you to eat, smile, and laugh with confidence.

Implant supported bridge

If you have more than one missing tooth, you don’t necessarily need implants to replace them all. An implant can be placed either side of the gap, and a bridge fitted to fill the space.

Implant secured dentures

Implant secured dentures or ‘clip in’ dentures are an effective solution if you don’t have many natural teeth left, but you do have enough jaw bone to support implants.

Dental implant FAQs

How much are dental implants?

Dental implant costs vary depending on your individual needs. A single tooth implant typically starts from £3,681. We offer 0% finance options to make treatment affordable. Book a free dental implant consultation for a personalised quote.

Are dental implants painful?

Most patients report that getting a tooth implant is far less painful than expected. We use local anaesthesia and sedation options to ensure complete comfort. Post-procedure discomfort is typically mild and manageable with over-the-counter pain relief.

How long do dental implants last?

Just like natural teeth, dental implants can be damaged by trauma and affected by gum disease and poor dental health. However, if you look after them, they can last for many years.

Am I a suitable candidate for tooth implants?

Most adults with good general health are suitable for dental implants. Factors we assess include bone density, gum health, and overall medical history. Book your dental implant consultation and our implant dentist will assess your suitability.

What's the difference between dental implants and dentures?

Unlike dentures, dental implants are permanently fixed in your mouth. They don't slip, don't require adhesive, and allow you to eat normally. Implants also preserve your jawbone, preventing the facial sagging often associated with long-term denture wear.

Should I have dental implants abroad?

We don’t recommend having dental implants in other countries. If you have any problems later on, resolving them could be more difficult as you would need to return to your original treatment location (often requiring multiple visits). Also, as there are different implant systems, some may not be compatible with the availability of implant components in other countries.
