Single dental implants are a great option if you only need one tooth replacing. It won’t affect your neighbouring teeth: allowing you to eat, smile, and laugh with confidence.
If you have more than one missing tooth, you don’t necessarily need implants to replace them all. An implant can be placed either side of the gap, and a bridge fitted to fill the space.
If all your teeth are missing or failing, our implant dentists can use All-on-4® to replace an entire arch on just four, strategically placed dental implants.
Implant secured dentures or ‘clip in’ dentures are an effective solution if you don’t have many natural teeth left, but you do have enough jaw bone to support implants.

Dental implants can last for many years. Just like natural teeth, the more you take care of them, the longer they will last. Our team will give you guidance on how to prolong the life of your implants.
You’ll usually be given a local anaesthetic (and a sedative if you choose) so you feel more comfortable during your treatment. We will provide you with aftercare and if you are worried about anything you can contact us for reassurance and advice.
We don’t recommend having dental implants in other countries. If you have any problems later on, it can more difficult to get these sorted as you will have to travel back to where you had your treatment (multiple visits are often needed). Also, as there are different implant systems, some may not be compatible with the availability of implant components in other countries.
