The offer includes:

• A free consultation for clear aligner patients (this does not include a free scan)
• 10% off clear aligner treatment

This additional treatment is not guaranteed and will vary from practice to practice. Some participating practices require a holding deposit that will be refunded upon the patient attending the appointment. This will be redeemable against the cost of the treatment. Please speak to your participating practice to see if this is applicable.

This offer is only available between 15/07/2026 and 31/10/2026. This  offer is open  to  new and existing patients at participating practices. The  offer is only available where the free initial consultation appointment is booked and attended before 23:59 on 31/10/2026.

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with clear aligner treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the treating clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for clear aligner treatment will be charged at an additional cost. Please note that the participating practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. Referrals are not included unless agreed at the practice's discretion.

Appointments for the clear aligner consultation are subject to availability. The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final.

In the event that the participating practice is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, the participating practice will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that the participating practice is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund of the holding deposit will be issued to the patient if a holding deposit was taken. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

The participating practice will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, the Practice cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Practice negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only.

The participating practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
